CUSTOMER FEEDBACK ON OUR ULTRATHIN ANALOG & DIGITAL INTERCONNECTS

I must thank you for the Clearview Ultrathin interconnects. I needed to replace my turntable's tonearm cable and took your suggestion of using a DIN-to-RCA adapter with a pair of analog interconnects. (Probably would have been less money and even better sound if I'd taken your alternative suggestion to have someone solder the tonearm wires directly to RCA plugs, but I didn't know of anyone I'd trust with that job. In any case, the adapter plus 2-meter Ultrathins cost half of what a replacement tonearm cable would have run.)
After several months without my turntable (new house; always something else that's a priority), I knew just what I wanted to hear - "Walk Away Rene" from Rickie Lee Jones' live "Girl At Her Volcano" EP. I put it on, sat down, heard the music begin, and just sighed at all the beauty I'd been missing. I was reminded of the line about Beethoven's 9th from Burgess' "A Clockwork Orange": "[G]orgeousness and gorgeousity...."
The best description I can give of the sound of the Ultrathins is that they sound like you guys know what you're doing. - Jud

I received the Clearview Ultrathin Digital interconnect in the mail today and I'm very pleased with the results. I had to run home on my lunch break so I connected it to my Audio Alchemy transport and let it run until I got home about 8 hours later. The word that best describe the cable to me is transparent. The entire audio spectrum is extended but without being harsh or forward. The music from the transport is more detailed but at the same time more delicate. Soundstage increased in both width and depth. Also dynamics was increased. Another area of improvement is the intelligibility of both speech and music. You don't have to listen hard to understand words or follow musical instruments. This cable replaced my Audio Alchemy DST powered cable which is a good cable (when used with a low Z power supply) but the Ultrathin is way, way better. Thanks so much for the tips and suggestion you gave over the phone and for a wonderful interconnect. - George

"I just purchased the single Clearview Ultrathin Interconnects, and let me tell you that you are giving them away! I knew my big, fat cotton insulated TARA Labs' Quantum 66's were not that good (they cost about the same as yours), but I didn't know how bad they were. I was skeptical of course, so I listened to my Miles Davis' "Kind of Blue" CD before replacing them and then again afterwards, and I was shocked (the interconnects are between my D/A converter and my integrated amp). The acoustic bass became much clearer and the trumpet came to life. It was as if I was hearing it for the first time — the veil, as you described it, was removed. I could not stop listening to my other CD's, and the more complex the music and the better the original recording the greater difference I heard. I was hearing what my system could do for the first time — the D/A converter's work had been muddied up by bad interconnects. Thank you, thank you!
Thanks again for these item - they are more than a "tweak", they are an integral part of a great sounding system." - David B. Lowe

Subsequent to our telephone discussion on your speaker cables and the rewarding results I experienced, I have subsequently received and installed your Ultrathin interconnects in my system. I am very pleased with the sound I am now experiencing through my system of Thiel 2.4 speakers (new) , Rotel and Maplenoll music sources, AR Sp10MkII and Krell KSA80. The sound is music--clear, clean and non-fatiguing. Keep up the good work. - Otto Taddei

Pierre Sprey and inSound have produced a line of extraordinary products at user friendly prices and the Clearview Ultrathin Interconnect (Plus Version) is a wonderful example of their dedication to pure natural sound. Look no further, this interconnects deliver the music without the dielectric coloration and distortion that accompanies even the highest priced interconnect. The physical design and metallurgy techniques they've incorporated minimize lost of sound quality and yield a true musical experience. I can't wait to try their Omega Mikro wires. - James S Serdechny (Stefan AudioArt)
