As always, be sure to include your name,
complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and payment.
Most orders for CDs, CD treatment, contact
enhancers and vibration control devices are shipped within two
business days. We prioritize shipment of orders placed with expidited
shipping methods (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select).
But, because we are a small company, we can not guarentee same
day shipping for any order.
Orders containing speaker cables, interconnects,
power cords and power strips take 10 - 14 business days to ship.
All Clearview cables are handmade and given 3 proprietary sound-enhancing
treatments prior to shipment. Because of the personal attention
given to each cable, our ready-to-ship inventory is minimal. Cables
given our add-on PLUS upgrade take an additional week to ship.
Orders for stock-size platforms, amp and
speaker stands, and SAMSON racks with clear lacquer finish generally
ship within a week. Maple products with toned or black lacquer
finish are custom, made to order items. The turnaround time for
customized wood products is 6 to 8 weeks.
The shipping charge for your order is automatically
calculated by the UPS online database. This price is based on
the weight of your order, the delivery options you've selected
and your zip code. We do not add a profit margin to our shipping
charges and attempt to consolidate packages/shipments to reduce
freight costs whenever possible.
You will not be charged for your order until
all items ordered are in-stock and ready to be sent. Once your
order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and
tracking number from UPS. This information will be emailed by
UPS to the address provided when your order was placed. If you
fail to receive this email, please call 410-685-4618 for assistance.
Currently, our website will not automatically
calculate the shipping cost for international orders. When your
order is received, we will email you the most cost-effective shipping
options for the order. We process credit card transactions manually,
so we can add in the correct shipping charge for the option you
select. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve
the shipping cost and your order is ready to ship.
We've found the U.S. Postal Service is the
least expensive carrier for most international customers. If you
have a preferred shipper and/or method, please include this information
when placing your order. This will help us process your order
promptly.
We welcome you to exchange any CD that you've
purchased from us if it does not suit your taste, excepting only
Mapleshade's Music Festival because we're selling it so cheaply.
Just wrap the CD well and send it with a note. Include your first
and last name, middle initial, invoice number, and the disc you'd
like in exchange. (U.S. customers only)
Exchanges
must be:
1. Postmarked
within 30 days of your invoice date;
2. Unscratched and uncrunched. Be
sure to wrap returns well.We will ship the replacement
CD promptly and
at no cost.
You will be reimbursed your purchase price
(excluding shipping) for any guaranteed item you return within
30 days of delivery, provided we receive the item undamaged. Please
make sure your returns are unmarred and very thoroughly wrapped.
