The wood shop is powered by this 150 hp diesel engine. The engine on the right drives the hydraulic compressor on the left. Every machine is connected to the compressor by hoses. Raymond and his father removed the electric motor from each machine and replaced each with a new hydraulic motor. Nothing in the shop is powered by electricity: all the lights are propane lanterns and the fans are driven by compressed air.
